We're ready to grow!
At All Virtual Racing, we have built a site that is designed to host a big and wide community of virtual racers. We now need people to help make it grow while making sure that it stays on track, and grown in the right direction.
Therefore, we are taking in people that are experts and passionate about any aspect of virtual racing, to join a team that decides what that direction should be, helps come up with plans on how to get there, and take part in executing those plans.
Business & Marketing experts
Any input or skill that you might think is relevant, probably is! We are looking for experts and specialists across any platform any game and any aspect of a community platform.
Instead of having many different groupings of racers across the internet, all requiring you to sign up to their own partly active forum, we want one central platform that allows groups to run what they want to, and users to sign up to what they love doing
The idea is simple. Sign up to just one place, join any group, club, team, activity or interest available
(or create your own.)
We want to create one central place for all virtual racing, where we all can hang out, interact help each other and make virtual racing better while allowing for the freedom of each gamer, platform or interest to do as they please.
We need experts in all areas of virtual racing, to give us feedback, come up with ideas, and get people involved with the project. If you are a right fit to the task, and the rest of the team, you’ll take on a leadership position within your given field.
We haven’t carved the areas of interest in stone yet, but we expect to need people across any racing game, skill level, and gaming platform. Besides the actual racing, we also want people who are passionate about other aspects of racing games (such as painting, tuning, photography etc.)
To assist with more technical and hands-on issues, league organizers, broadcasters, commentators, web designers, coders, graphic designers etc are also more than welcomed.
About the task
This is a volunteer job, so there will be no payment as such. Depending on how it goes through, you would be able to add it to your CV, and we’d be glad to make a recommendation if you’d need one.
We expect commitment and engagement in the project. We want you to be active, passionate as well as share our dream of one big friendly community for virtual racers, that respect and welcome any other gamer who feels the same.
We will initially start an Advisor Group, that would include any serious interest in taking part in shaping the community. From there, we'll be handpicking single area custodians, who will lead their respective area of expertise.
