  • Shifting Gears in the Skip Barber

About a month ago, I decided to only stick to one series, and get better at that instead of joining any one of the car/track combinations that I had bought the content for. At the point I was not sure if one series was enough, and I was afraid that i might get bored with racing just one car on one track for a whole week. It has turned out to be more than enough, and I even some times wish that the series would stay at a track for longer than just one week. I even get nervous and anxious every Tu

    Early Access to Blogs

We have so many great ideas to help out sim racers, that we just can’t contain ourselves. The real challenge is getting these ideas out to the people who didn’t know they needed them. Currently, the focus is on the Clubs feature. We’re letting everyone chip in with building a huge listing of groups, clubs, leagues, series or even come-togethers, for people to look up what they’d like to join, or simply make their own. Although the Clubs have a built in blog feature for clubs to tell what th

    What do you want!?

We have huge plans for this site, but want you to tell us what you want the most. This allows us to simultaneously take one step at a time, but also be sure we take the right step in the direction users want. Why not all at once? We have done this already. To be fair, this would be the best option, but it won't work. We have already launched this site before, with a full list of features enabled. It had several drawbacks, partly us not focusing enough on optimizing each feature, and pa

  • Types of Clubs

Clubs can be about anything - it's totally up to you what you want to run a club for. We really don't want to get in your way, so we only have a few rules, and require it to be related to sim racing in one way or an other. The types of Clubs that we are going to describe here, only describes how your club appears on the AllVirtualRacing. Closed: Everyone can see the club and who's in it, but only members can see posts and participate. Users need to ask a leader to join. Private

    Your Club Forum

Each club gets it's own forum. Here you can create topics as needed. Use this section to discus whatever you feel is relevant. If you run a series, you can discuss rules, regulations, sessions, tracks, guides etc. The content and nature of your clubs will vary depending on what your club is all about. Do you run a livery club, tuner club, photographer club? It's all up to you. The Owner and Leaders of the club, can set certain posts to be either pinned or locked (or both). This is practical

    Rules for Clubs

Rules & Guidelines We don't have many rules for clubs, and ultimately don't want to either, so we will try to keep limitations to a minimum. Non the less, we do need to set a standard and some expectations to club owners, to avoid chaos. Inactive clubs that have had no activity for over 1 month can/will be deleted Clubs older than 2 months, that have less than 3(?) members will be deleted Each club can use only one game/platform combination, but users are welcome to

    Clubs Basics

What are clubs? There are many ways to run clubs. Some are full fledged community platforms for your groups, but others can be an addition to established systems. All features are optional, but all events, posts and activities of your club, will show up on your members feeds. You can simply add events to the club calendar, to schedule your races, events, broadcasts etc and they will show up on the calendars of all users who have joined your club. You can use the Clubs features as a lis
